Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to oversee operations at our optical showroom in Ranaghat, West Bengal. You will manage daily activities, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service to maximize store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership: Drive store sales targets and motivate staff to achieve daily KPIs.
- Operations: Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and daily cash management.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
- Team Management: Train, schedule, and evaluate sales executives and opticians.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper product display and clean store aesthetics.

Job Requirements

- Education: Minimum Graduation (any stream).
- Experience: Proven managerial experience specifically in the optical retail sector.
- Skills: Solid leadership, communication, inventory control, and retail sales expertise.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Ranaghat, West Bengal.

Compensation

- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
- PF
- ESIC

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
