MarCom Manager – India About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to lead and execute our marketing communication strategy in the Indian market. The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness, supporting sales activities, and driving growth through targeted, market-appropriate initiatives. Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement a tailored marketing communication strategy for the Indian market. Create and manage localized marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos. Lead the creation of engaging content for social media platforms to drive audience growth and engagement. Manage digital campaigns and marketing activities to align with company goals. Plan and execute trade shows, events, and workshops to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop tools and messages that drive sales. Work with local agencies, designers, and freelancers while managing the annual MarCom budget. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in MarCom or marketing roles, with proven expertise in the Indian market. Strong experience in creating and managing content across digital platforms and social media. Ability to develop and execute campaigns with a clear focus on results. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus).
