Position : Field Service Engineer

Qualification : Diploma in Electrical/ITI in Electrical

Location : Ahmedabad

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, AMC support, and after-sales service of healthcare machines at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.

· Troubleshooting electrical and electromechanical issues.

· Carry out preventive maintenance and AMC visits.

· Attend breakdown and emergency service calls.

· Prepare service reports and maintain service records.

· Record daily customer complaints, acknowledge receipt, and update details in CRM.

· Discuss complaints internally, decide required actions, and follow up until closure.

· Communicate with customers through calls and emails for updates, feedback, and drawing approvals.





· Prepare regular reports on open and urgent complaints, repairs, and email tracking summaries.

· Review received materials for repairs.

· Follow NCM and ISO procedures.

· Share complaint analysis and failure details with concerned teams.

· Offer for modification.

· Handle other tasks assigned by HOD or Management.

Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred:

1. Candidates from Ahmedabad and nearby location only.

2. Experience in machine manufacturing or healthcare/pharma equipment is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
