Senior Full Stack Developer – AI & SaaS Applications

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer who can turn business ideas, requirements, and wireframes into secure, fully functional, production-ready applications. You will work directly with the founder to build SaaS products across business management, CRM, construction, workforce management, and workflow automation. Projects will be developed in phases, with ownership spanning architecture, frontend, backend, databases, integrations, testing, and deployment. AI-assisted development is central to this role. You should know how to use modern coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining full responsibility for the software you ship. Key Responsibilities -

-Build applications end to end: Translate requirements and wireframes into technical plans, working features, and production deployments.

- Develop connected business workflows: Create dashboards, customer and employee portals, task management, approvals, scheduling, document handling, and automated reminders.

- Build secure SaaS systems: Implement authentication, role-based permissions, audit trails, and separate data access for different companies and customers.

- Integrate APIs and AI: Connect third-party services, email/SMS platforms, and business software. Build AI-powered assistants, document extraction, summaries, and automation using LLM APIs.

- Own quality and reliability: Write automated tests, review AI-generated code, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance, security,



and maintainability.

- Manage delivery: Use GitHub, maintain documentation, support cloud deployments, and communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions clearly.

Required Skills & Experience

- Frontend: Robust React/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive design, and API integration skills.

- Backend and databases: Node.js, Express.js or a similar framework, PostgreSQL/SQL, and MongoDB. Experience with database design, REST APIs, webhooks, and background processing.

- AI development: Practical experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, and coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.

- Production engineering: Git/GitHub, authentication and authorisation, application security, testing, debugging, and cloud deployment fundamentals.

- Independent ownership: Demonstrated ability to deliver working applications, clarify incomplete requirements, and explain technical choices to non-technical stakeholders. You must understand, review, and test AI-generated code—not simply generate and deploy it. Good to Have Python, Supabase, AWS, Vercel, Docker, CI/CD, Redis, payment integrations, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, React Native, AI agents, RAG, and vector databases.

Experience with international clients or business-process automation is an advantage. Remote Working Expectations
