We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate closely with department heads.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Follow up with selected candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and regular hiring updates.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and job portals.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
