GENERAL MANAGER (OPERATIONS)

Qualification: MBA / PGDM
Experience: 6+ years in Operations, preferably with a large corporate hospital

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall hospital operations and administrative functions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor operational efficiency, patient experience and service quality.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs and operational processes.
- Manage manpower planning, departmental coordination and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor budgets, cost control and operational KPIs.




- Coordinate with senior management for strategic and operational decisions.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a large corporate hospital is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of hospital operations and processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
