Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and assist them throughout the sales process.

Collect and verify required documents for policy issuance.

Coordinate with the company for application processing, policy issuance, and customer service.

Provide after-sales support and help customers with policy-related queries, renewals, and service requests.

Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.

Generate business through referrals and develop a strong customer network.
