Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support professionals for a Seller Support process in Pune. The role involves assisting sellers with queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely resolution through professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller/customer queries through the designated support process.
- Understand concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain skilled communication throughout customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality standards.
- Document interactions and update relevant information accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate EligibilityCandidates with E-commerce / Seller Support Experience





- Experience in E-commerce Seller Support or Customer Service preferred.
- Both International and Domestic Customer Service experience can be considered.
- Minimum B2-level communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Candidates from Other Customer Service Backgrounds

- Minimum B2+ communication skills.
- International Customer Service experience is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
