SEO Manager

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Manager to drive hospital's visibility across Google, local search and AI-powered search platforms.

2+ years hands-on SEO experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategy for Hospital's website.

Improve rankings for dermatology, skin, hair, aesthetics and wellness keywords.

Handle On-page, Technical, Off-page and Local SEO.

Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and local search visibility.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.

Build content strategies, topic clusters and internal linking.

Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and question-based searches.

Develop AIO / AI Search Optimization strategies for platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

Focus on improving Hospital's visibility, authority and chances of being referenced in AI-generated answers.

Monitor Google Search Console, Analytics, rankings,



traffic, leads and conversions.

Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Local SEO.

Experience with Google Search Console, Analytics and SEO tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Good understanding of content SEO, search intent and keyword research.

Interest/knowledge in AEO and AI Search Optimization.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics or local-business SEO experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
