Designation :- Software Developer

Location :- Noida Sector-16

Experience :- 2+ years

Shift Timings :- 9.30 am - 6.30 pm

Working Days :- 6 (Preferred immediate joiners)

Job Responsibilities :-

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Develop and enhance ERP modules for business processes such as inventory, sales, purchase, finance, HR, CRM, reporting, and workflow management.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and functional ERP features.

Design and implement system architecture, database structures, APIs, and application workflows.

Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and business applications.

Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js and modern frontend development practices.

Design and optimize MongoDB databases, including schemas, queries, indexing, and data relationships.

Ensure proper software architecture, coding standards, scalability, performance,



and security across applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ERP requirements and recommend suitable technical and architectural solutions.

Develop dashboards, reports, role-based access controls, approval workflows, and automation within ERP systems.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and ERP modules.

Conduct code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of applications.

Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and management to deliver projects on time.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and database designs.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the organization's ERP and software architecture.
