Telecaller – Voice ProcessJob Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing information, and generating leads or converting enquiries as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers through calls and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and achieve daily/monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM.




- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Qualification

- Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.

Work Details

- Job Type: Full-time

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational week-off

- Salary: As per company standards + performance incentives

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
