Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other hot and cold drinks.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
- Provide friendly and productive customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies and report shortages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment setup.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Work effectively with the café team during busy hours.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
