Job Overview

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support and coordinate end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, efficient shipment execution, accurate documentation, and compliance with import/export and customs requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and organizational skills, experience in international logistics, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

- Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process from forecasting and procurement support through production planning and final delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
- Monitor order and shipment status and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Support proactive resolution of supply chain and order fulfilment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and related supply chain activities.

Logistics & Distribution

- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including freight bookings, transportation arrangements, and customs coordination.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, and other logistics partners.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice (CI)
- Packing List (PL)
- Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Air Waybill (AWB)
- Customs declarations
- Other shipping and regulatory documents
- Work closely with warehouse teams on labelling, palletizing, re-work activities, and dispatch preparation.
- Identify and resolve operational issues affecting shipment timelines.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure import/export activities comply with applicable customs, regulatory, and trade requirements.
- Maintain accurate, organized,



and up-to-date logistics and compliance documentation.
- Support the preparation of customs declarations, certifications, and other regulatory documents.
- Maintain documentation required for audits, traceability, and internal reporting.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is complete and accurate before dispatch.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, shipping, or a related coordination role.
- Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-moving industry is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can independently coordinate multiple supply chain and logistics activities, maintain accurate documentation, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure shipments move efficiently from order processing through final delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,975.73 per month
