Dr. Virendra Laser Phaco Surgery Center is a specialized eye-care center in Jaipur offering advanced ophthalmic services, including laser vision correction, advanced cataract surgery, premium IOLs and modern surgical technologies.

We are looking for a confident, empathetic and results-oriented Telecaller / Patient Counsellor to join our team and help patients understand our services, schedule consultations and ensure excellent patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and prospective patients.
- Explain eye-care procedures and services in a simple, patient-friendly manner.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, investigations and surgeries.
- Counsel patients regarding cataract surgery, laser vision correction and other ophthalmic procedures.
- Convert genuine patient enquiries into consultation appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and patients.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and the hospital team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries,



appointments and follow-ups.
- Respond professionally to patient queries received through phone/WhatsApp.
- Build trust and provide a positive patient experience throughout the communication process.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and appointment-conversion targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant, confident and empathetic personality.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
- Ability to communicate medical information in a simple and understandable manner.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Prior experience in hospital, healthcare, clinic, diagnostic centre or patient counselling will be an advantage.
- Experience in telecalling, sales or appointment conversion is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
