Key Responsibilities

Hostel Management

- Manage day-to-day hostel operations and maintain discipline among trainees
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper living conditions
- Monitor daily routine, in-time/out-time, and hostel rules

Student Safety & Welfare

- Ensure safety, security, and overall well-being of trainees
- Handle emergency situations responsibly
- In case of illness, coordinate with doctor/hospital and ensure proper medical support

Monitoring & Support

- Maintain attendance, leave records, and hostel registers
- Address trainee concerns, complaints,



and personal issues
- Provide guidance and support to students when required

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with center team and management for updates
- Report incidents, issues, or disciplinary matters on time
- Maintain proper documentation as per DDUGKY guidelines

Candidate Requirements

- 12th pass/Graduate preferred
- Experience in hostel/warden role preferred
- Responsible, disciplined, and supportive personality
- Willing to stay at the training center with students

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per hour
