We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our car loan services, understanding customer requirements, and generating leads/appointments.

Responsibilities

- Customers ko phone par call karna
- New Car Loan, Used Car Loan aur Loan Against Car ke baare mein basic information dena
- Customer ki requirement samajhna
- Interested customers ke appointments/leads generate karna
- Customer details properly maintain karna
- Follow-up calls karna
- Daily calling and lead targets complete karna
- Sales team ko qualified leads provide karna

Requirements

- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher aur experienced dono apply kar sakte hain
- Hindi communication achhi honi chahiye
- Basic English knowledge preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Smartphone/computer ka basic knowledge
- Sales/Telecalling experience preferred

Salary & Benefits
