Working Area-Pick up Counter
Responsible for - Food passing area & need to handle the operation in absence of KS.
Job Description-
Need to help Kitchen supervisor in daily operation.
Food safety: Ensure food is handled and prepared safely by monitoring the cooking process and following health and safety regulations.
Food needs to be check before its going on guest table. Delivery also needs to be monitor.
All foods need to be serve hot & fresh. If the product is not as per standards then its needs to be replace ASAP.
Kitchen cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen is clean and safe by following fire department regulations.
Inventory: Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients need to arrange pick up counter for delivery as well as daily operation as per new deployment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
