Assistant Manager - Production (IMM)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / CIPET (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage production schedules as per demand plans.
Ensure achievement of production targets and maintain OEE.
Oversee Injection Moulding operations with optimum utilization of resources.
Control rejection levels and drive productivity improvements.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, JIT, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with PPC, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Lead crisis management and ensure smooth plant operations.
Ensure secure, cost-effective, and timely production.

Desired Profile:

5-8 years of hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding.
Experience in Rigid Packaging / Plastics Manufacturing industry preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Knowledge of OEE, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
