Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of cooling systems at customer sites.
- Execute AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
- Provide timely service support and ensure closure of service calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical escalations.
- Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- Experience in servicing cooling systems, HVAC, or refrigeration equipment is preferred.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
