Job Description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Nakuri and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment.
- IT recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Non-IT recruitment experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
