Network Support Associate to provide advanced support for UniFi networking solutions. The role involves troubleshooting complex VLAN, routing, and PoE issues, performing packet analysis, and guiding junior associates.
Requirements: network support, solid knowledge of OSI/TCP/IP, VLANs, ACLs, IPv4/IPv6, Wireshark/tcpdump, and Linux CLI. or CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
