Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified High School Hindi Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspiring students to develop a deep appreciation for the Hindi language and literature while ensuring strong academic preparation for board examinations. You will create an engaging, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment that fosters both linguistic fluency and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board), covering advanced grammar, prose, poetry, and creative writing.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare high school students thoroughly for internal assessments and board examinations through rigorous practice, sample papers, and targeted feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assessment & Evaluation:



Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, and oral evaluations; maintain accurate academic records and provide constructive feedback.
- Parent Communication: Conduct regular updates and participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student growth, behavioral development, and academic needs.
- Co-curricular Engagement: Organize and support language-related activities such as Hindi Diwas celebrations, debates, poetry recitation, and dramatic performances.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi (B.A./M.A. in Hindi) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience teaching Hindi to high school classes (Grades 9 and 10) with a proven track record of solid academic results.

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
