Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Process Associates to join our International Voice Process – Outbound Sales team.

The role involves making outbound calls to international customers, understanding their requirements, explaining credit report-related services, addressing customer queries, and assisting them through the defined process.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, confidence in speaking with international customers, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant credit report services clearly.
- Provide accurate information about available services, features, and procedures.
- Assist customers with the process of obtaining or checking their credit reports as per company guidelines.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Identify customer requirements and explain suitable service options.
- Follow defined call-handling procedures,



quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update records in the CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned sales, productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Escalate customer concerns or process-related issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned shift timings.
- Follow all company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to work towards targets.
- Ability to explain information clearly and handle customer questions.
- Good objection-handling and basic negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/customer-management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Willingness to interact with international customers over the phone.

Experience

Freshers: Candidates with good English communication skills and a willingness to work in an international voice/outbound sales process can apply.

Experienced Candidates:



Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- International Voice Process
- Outbound Sales / Telecalling

- BPO / Contact Centre
- Inside Sales
- Banking or Financial Services
- Credit Report / Credit Services
