A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in a security manpower company manages client accounts, resolves service issues, and ensures guard operations meet contract standards.
Client Relations: Build strong ties with clients through regular site visits and feedback meetings.
Issue Resolution: Handle complaints quickly and follow up until problems are fixed. Coordinate with the operations and HR teams to fix staffing or guard performance gaps.
SLA Compliance: Ensure services match the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms. Monitor guard attendance, site behavior, and reporting quality.
Reporting: Prepare daily site visit reports with observations and photos. Log client communications and service updates in the management system.
Minimum 4 to 5 Year Experience person needed
