**Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive**

**Experience:** 2–4 years

**Salary:** ₹16,000–₹22,000 per month + performance-based incentives

We are looking for a creative and responsible qualified to manage Shri Solar’s digital presence and showcase our solar projects, products, customer experiences and company activities through authentic photos, engaging posts, reels and videos.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Manage and regularly update Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
- Prepare a monthly content calendar and create, schedule and publish posts, stories, reels and videos.
- Shoot and edit original photos and videos of products, installations, customer testimonials and team activities.
- Coordinate with branch and field teams to collect project photos, footage and updates.
- Create graphics, captions, subtitles and YouTube thumbnails with consistent company branding.
- Monitor comments,



messages and reviews; coordinate enquiries with the sales and service teams.
- Maintain accurate company information across platforms and an organised photo/video library.
- Submit weekly reports on content published, reach, engagement, video views and enquiries.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

- Hands-on experience with Canva and/or Photoshop and a video-editing tool such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and Google Business Profile.
- Ability to capture quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
- **Strong Hindi content-writing skills and working knowledge of English.**
- Ability to independently manage daily activities, follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines.

Experience with **Meta Ads and Google Ads** will be an added advantage. Candidates with experience in solar, electrical, manufacturing or project-based businesses will be preferred.
