About the Role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Ghostwriter to work closely with a CEO and build an authentic and strong personal brand on LinkedIn.

This role is not about generic social media content or AI-generated posts. We are looking for someone who can understand the CEO’s experiences, opinions, stories, and ideas and turn them into thoughtful, relatable LinkedIn content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a minimum of 2 original LinkedIn posts per week.
- Conduct regular conversations/interviews with the CEO to understand their ideas and experiences.
- Ask insightful follow-up questions and identify meaningful stories, lessons, and observations.
- Convert conversations into authentic LinkedIn posts while maintaining the CEO’s personal voice.
- Develop content around leadership, entrepreneurship, workplace culture, people management, business, technology, and real-world experiences.
- Create a monthly content calendar and suggest relevant content ideas.
- Research industry topics and develop research-backed posts when required.
- Continuously refine the CEO’s writing style and personal voice.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in content writing, ghostwriting, journalism, business writing, or brand storytelling.
- Experience writing for founders, CEOs, CXOs, or senior business leaders is preferred.




- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and thought leadership content.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills.
- Ability to turn conversations into compelling and meaningful content.
- Ability to understand a person’s personality, experiences, and communication style and write in their voice.
- Experience with both short-form LinkedIn posts and long-form content is preferred.
