Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through digital platforms, networking, references, and database management.

Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, pitch property offerings, and schedule meetings/site visits.

Client Handling: Understand clients' property requirements, budget constraints, and preferences to suggest the most suitable residential or commercial projects.

Site Visits: Accompany clients to property site visits, explain project highlights, amenities, and infrastructure details effectively.

Closing Deals: Handle client negotiations, address queries or objections, and manage the end-to-end process from booking to deal closure.





Relationship Management: Maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients for future referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6 months to 4+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or direct B2C sales.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills (Fluency in local language and English is a must).

Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals successfully. Target-Driven: Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet monthly sales targets. Interpersonal Skills: Customer-centric approach with a polite, confident, and professional demeanor.
