- Quality & Safety Control: Inspect materials, check steel frameworks before concrete pours, and enforce strict health and safety rules.
- Technical Guidance: Provide instructions to work crews and solve design or field challenges quickly.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines, measure work progress, and write daily site reports.
