- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using MARG Pharma Software.
- Maintain sales, purchase, stock and inventory records.
- Manage purchase and sales invoices, billing and returns.
- Maintain party ledgers, outstanding payments and receipts.
- Handle pharma-related inventory and accounting entries.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Reconcile accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience specifically in MARG Pharma Software.
- Good knowledge of accounting and billing procedures.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting tasks.
