Job Description
The Smartphone Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing faults and rectifying it in a smart phone brought in by a customer.
- Knowledge of repair techniques for various brands of smart phone
- Mobile Phone & Tablets both Android Devices Troubleshooting & Problem Solving up to L2 Level
- Replacement of All Hardware Parts ( Screen, Battery, Sub board, Main board, Phone Housing etc ) and software updating.
- Positive personality
- Able to multi task and Well Organized
- Team Player
- Able to work under pressure
- Time management skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines
- Ensure Daily Cleanliness of Technical Department

- At least one year's experience in a smart phone service center is required
