TELECALLER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Telecaller

Location: Mayyanad,kollam.

Salary: 10000-12000

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with customers and support the sales team. The candidate should have positive communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries through phone calls.
- Explain cake, bakery products, offers, and services to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and pending requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the sales and shop teams regarding customer requirements and orders.
- Handle customer complaints and forward unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with all customers.
- Perform other customer-service and sales-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
