The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in end to end video production and shooting video for rural areas, villages, and from NGOs/ social sector/ foundation background.

The Video Developer will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content for the digital and outreach needs of the Scholarship Program. The role requires travel for at least 1-2 intermittent weeks to locations where the Foundation manages its scholarship programs to understand ground realities and organise shoots.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create and edit high-quality videos for digital platforms, campaigns, outreach, and communication needs
- Develop motion graphics, animated elements, transitions, and visual storytelling assets
- Handle end-to-end video production workflows, including editing, sound, graphics, and final rendering
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand content requirements and translate them into engaging visual formats
- Support scripting, storyboard development, and visual conceptualization for video content
- Assist in shoots, voiceover recording, and production coordination, where required
- Ensure timely delivery of videos while maintaining quality and brand consistency
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and production archives

Qualification and Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience





Technical Skills & Tools:

- Proficiency in one or more of the following tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual composition
- Experience in editing short-form and long-form digital video content
- Familiarity with audio editing, syncing, and basic sound design
- Understanding of video formats, export settings, and platform-specific optimisation
- Experience with shoots, voiceover recording, and scripting is preferred
