We are looking for a Civil Engineering Fresher to join our project and site execution team in Bangalore. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Site Engineer and Project Manager and gain hands-on experience in residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Site Engineer with day-to-day site activities and supervision.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and site teams.
- Assist in checking the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Support activities such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Take basic site measurements and maintain daily work records.
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
- Assist in monitoring labour and material requirements.
- Report site issues and progress updates to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Coordinate with the Architecture and Interior teams for execution requirements.
- Ensure work is carried out as per company quality and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
Freshers only (0–1 year).
- Candidates with internship/site training experience will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of civil construction and construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.
- Only candidates currently based in Bangalore will be considered.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites within Bangalore.
