Position Summary

The Salon Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, customer experience, team management, and profitability of the salon. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning while maintaining brand standards, service quality, hygiene, and staff productivity. The Salon Manager is accountable for driving business growth, maximizing customer retention, and ensuring every enquiry is converted into a potential business prospect.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

- Open and close the salon as per company SOP.
- Ensure salon cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and ambience standards.
- Monitor appointment scheduling and customer flow.
- Maintain stock levels of products, consumables, and retail items.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash management.

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Achieve monthly revenue and service targets.
- Drive retail product sales and package sales.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and loyalty programs.
- Increase customer retention and repeat visits.

Team Management

- Supervise salon staff and ensure discipline.
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
- Train staff on customer service, consultation, retail sales, and SOPs.
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets.

Customer Experience

- Ensure every client receives a professional consultation.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.




- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality.

Inventory & Compliance

- Track product consumption and inventory usage.
- Prevent wastage and stock pilferage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.

Reporting

- Share daily sales, attendance, and operational reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
- Revenue achievement
- Average bill value
- Retail sales percentage
- Client retention
- Staff productivity
- Customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of salon, retail, or service industry management experience.
- Experience in handling sales targets and team management is preferred.
