Leisure Sales – Travel Industry

Leisure Sales refers to selling travel products and holidays to individuals, couples, families, and groups traveling for personal/vacation purposes.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle domestic & international holiday enquiries
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preference
- Generate quotations and follow up with leads
- Negotiate with customers and close bookings
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing and visa teams
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Update CRM/database and maintain sales reports
