Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Proactively identify and approach potential candidates, including passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct phone/video interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
