We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Dealer Sales Manager to manage and develop relationships with property dealers, channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through the dealer/channel partner network and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property dealers and channel partners.

Generate leads and sales through the dealer/broker network.

Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.

Regularly visit dealers and channel partners to generate business opportunities.

Explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, offers, and USPs to channel partners.

Coordinate site visits and ensure effective follow-up with prospective customers.

Track sales leads, conversions, bookings, and channel partner performance.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the internal sales, CRM, and management teams for smooth closure of deals.





Maintain regular market intelligence regarding competing projects, pricing, and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales/channel sales.

Experience working with property dealers, brokers, and channel partners preferred.

Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Proven ability to generate sales through dealer/channel networks.

Should be target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

Must have own conveyance/vehicle and a valid driving licence.

Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

Ability to independently manage dealer visits and client meetings.
