We are hiring Cluster Manager for our Retail Steel Hypermart:

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Sales: Set and achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and budgets for all locations in the cluster.

Operational Excellence: Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety compliance.

Leadership & Staff Development: Train, coach, and mentor store managers and staff to drive performance and maintain high service standards.

Strategy & Marketing: Implement marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, and analyze market/competitor data to improve positioning.

Experience:-8-10 years and Candidates from Trivandrum area Preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
