Career Point Gurukul is a residential school with integrated JEE & NEET coaching, looking for a dedicated and responsible PGT Physical Education who can contribute to both academic and residential student development.

Key Responsibilities

Residential & Student Welfare – Primary Responsibility

- Supervise and mentor students in the residential campus.
- Maintain discipline, safety, hygiene, and proper conduct in the hostel/residential setting.
- Monitor students' daily routines, attendance, and participation in activities.
- Address students' day-to-day concerns and coordinate with the concerned authorities when required.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules, schedules, and institutional policies.
- Act as a responsible mentor and provide appropriate guidance and support to students.
- Participate in evening/night residential duties and other hostel responsibilities as assigned.
- Coordinate with hostel wardens and school authorities regarding student welfare and discipline.

Academic & Sports Responsibilities





- Teach Physical Education to senior school students.
- Conduct practical classes, fitness sessions, sports training, and physical activities.
- Prepare students for inter-school and competitive sports events.
- Organize sports competitions, tournaments, and fitness programs.
- Monitor students' physical fitness and overall development.

Eligibility

- M.P.Ed./equivalent qualification with B.P.Ed.
- Relevant school teaching/sports coaching experience preferred.
- Experience in a residential school/hostel environment will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, discipline, and student-handling skills.
