About Mindful Tech Solutions

Mindful Tech Solutions is an early-stage technology startup building AI-powered and cloud-based software solutions for real-world business applications.

We're a small, fast-moving engineering team where every developer has direct ownership of meaningful work. You'll collaborate closely with the founders and engineers, contributing to production-ready software from development through deployment.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications.
- Build scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI or Django).
- Develop up-to-date frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build and maintain REST APIs for production applications.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using Git and GitHub.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver production-ready features in a startup environment.

Required Qualifications

- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with React.js.
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Django.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of frontend-backend integration.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Next.js.




- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Personal projects, GitHub repositories, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a builder mindset.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates from top-tier engineering institutions with strong programming fundamentals, practical project experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Exceptional candidates with outstanding projects and technical skills will also be considered.

Interview Process

The interview process includes:

- 90-minute coding assessment
- Technical discussion with the engineering team
- Final interview

Candidates must use their own laptop for the coding assessment.

Compensation & Growth

- ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Initial 6-month project-based contract
- Performance-based salary review during the engagement.
- High-performing candidates may be considered for future opportunities as the company grows.
