- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and candidate follow-ups
- Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
