Position Title: Project Officer – Civil Engineer/Agriculture Engineer Department: Community Development Location: Gangavaram, Rajahamundary, Andhra Pradesh Reporting To: Project Coordinator

Job Summary

The Project Officer (Civil Engineer/Agriculture Engineer) will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and supervising civil construction and infrastructure development projects. The role involves site supervision, quality assurance, contractor coordination, quantity estimation, budget monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of projects in compliance with organizational and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

· Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities as per approved project plans.

· Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.

· Ensure completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and local authorities.

Site Supervision & Monitoring





· Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction activities.

· Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

· Verify measurements and certify contractor bills.

· Monitor material quality and construction workmanship.

Technical Support

· Review engineering drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical proposals.

· Prepare quantity estimates and cost calculations.

· Provide technical guidance to contractors and field teams.

· Assist in resolving technical issues during project implementation.

Quality & Safety Management

· Ensure compliance with construction quality standards and organizational guidelines.

· Monitor workplace health and safety practices at project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
