Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Team Lead to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, GST, TDS, and team management. If you are passionate about numbers, compliance, and leading a team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance:

- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations, including timely filings.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the accounts team to achieve department goals.
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Audit & Reconciliations:

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.




- Perform regular reconciliations for accounts, bank statements, and vendor ledgers.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.

Process Improvement:

- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Skills & Expertise:

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong experience in GST, TDS, and other tax processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.43 - ₹41,732.13 per month
