About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Tele caller. The primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing clients, explain our financial products, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the resilience to handle rejections in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's financial products (e.g., business loan, term loan, SCF).

· Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries regarding product details, eligibility criteria, and benefits.

· Explain product features, terms,



and the application process in a transparent and persuasive manner.

· Follow up on leads and prospects to guide them through the application process and convert them into successful sales.

· Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, call logs, and sales activity in the Excel.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation and conversion rates.

· Ensure all sales activities and customer communications comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies for the financial sector.
