- Generate leads for potential corporate clients
- Research companies with current or upcoming hiring requirements
- Collect HR/TA contact details and company information
- Connect with HRs and companies through calls, LinkedIn & email
- Understand basic staffing and recruitment requirements
- Maintain and update lead/client databases
- Follow up with potential clients
- Coordinate with the recruitment team on current requirements
- Prepare daily activity reports
