About the role
Join our Fabrication Engineering team to design and develop precision assemblies that meet demanding customer requirements—balancing thermal and mechanical performance, manufacturability, and schedule. You’ll move from concept to prototype to production, collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills, including proactive problem solving. As part of the NPI Engineering, team will be expected to offer suggestions and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support senior CNC programmers with daily programming activities.
- Create and update setup sheets from Mastercam.
- Assist with posting CNC programs and maintaining revision control.
- Create in-process drawings and basic fixture drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
- Organize and manage CNC program files, setup sheets, tooling information, and machining documentation.
- Upload and maintain files in Vault and source data folders.
- Help maintain proven programs and machining records for future reference.
- Assist with basic CNC program modifications as directed by senior programmers.
- Coordinate with project engineers and programmers regarding part schedules, raw material readiness, and production timelines.
- Track which parts are scheduled and help maintain program status records.
- Support documentation for tooling, fixtures, setup instructions, and machining notes.
- Assist with communication between programmers and machinists during prove-out activities.
- Maintain clean and organized file structures for all active and completed jobs.
- Support continuous improvement activities for program organization and documentation processes.

Skills & Qualifications Required





- Basic knowledge of CNC programming concepts.
- Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CAM software.
- Basic understanding of Lathe and Mill machining operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and basic GD&T.;
- Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software.
- Good computer and file management skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Vault or other document management systems preferred.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with USA-based teams in overlapping shifts.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- Exposure to CNC machining, shop floor operations, or CAM programming preferred.
- Basic understanding of tooling, fixtures, and setup processes preferred.
- Willingness to learn advanced CNC programming and manufacturing support activities.

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
