Job Description – Executive - Camp Organizer

Plan and execute infertility awareness and fertility camps.

Identify recent camp locations and generate quality patient leads.

Coordinate with Diagnostics, club referral partners, and vendors.

Conduct BTL and local marketing activities to increase patient footfall.

Counsel and engage prospective patients and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with the center team for appointments and consultations.

Track leads, appointments, registrations, conversions, and revenue.

Maintain daily camp reports and update CRM/team sheets.

Build strong relationships with diagnostics and other perspectives.

Achieve assigned lead, registration, conversion, and revenue targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
