About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused International Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Noida Sector 16. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, preparing international holiday packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Prepare and explain international holiday packages.
- Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, flights, sightseeing, and activities.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines,



DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to work with sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
