Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused *Automobile Finance Coordinator* to manage vehicle finance activities and coordinate with customers, banks, and internal sales teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely processing of vehicle finance applications and documentation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Coordinate vehicle finance applications with customers and financial institutions.

* Collect, verify, and process customer finance and KYC documents.

* Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements.

* Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and loan processing.

* Maintain accurate records of finance applications and status updates.

* Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

* Communicate loan terms, documentation requirements, and processing updates to customers.





* Prepare daily/weekly finance reports and MIS.

* Follow up on pending disbursements and related documentation.

* Ensure compliance with company and financial institution requirements.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in automobile finance, banking, NBFC, or a similar role.

* Experience in vehicle loan processing will be an advantage.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Positive knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Ability to work with sales teams, banks, and customers.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
