About the Role

Growthstrap is looking for a dashing, energetic, ambitious, and well-presented Management Trainee who is eager to learn how businesses operate and grow.

The role will provide exposure to management, business coordination, client communication, email communication, research, and day-to-day business activities while working closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the management team with day-to-day business activities.
- Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and other professional channels.
- Handle client follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Prepare and manage qualified business emails and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Assist with business research, data collection, and analysis.
- Support management with reports, presentations, trackers, and documentation.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with business development, sales coordination, and other management requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

- MBA / Master's degree or equivalent education — completed or currently pursuing.




- Basic understanding of management and business concepts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Good email-writing and professional communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Professional, well-maintained, and formal appearance.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
- Must have a personal laptop.
